At Krishnamurari Proptech Private Limited (“hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), we aim to provide clear and equitable guidelines regarding refunds policy. Please review the following policy carefully:
Definition:
- Agreement means Contract where the Company and the Investor are parties to the Contract.
- Key means a bundle of fixed number of Equity Shares of Company. Here, one Key represents 4545 equity shares of the Company or as may be decided by the Board from time to time.
- Investor means a Person who is bidding to purchase Key.
- Investor agrees to purchase 10,000 coins from the Service provider, before accepting any bid; or
- Investor may from time to time invest/pay any sum to the Company in pursuant to the arrangement between the Company and Investor.
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The Company fails to fulfill its obligations outlined in the Agreement executed by and between the Company and Investor, such as delivering the agreed-upon property benefits.
- Inability to gather the required number of co-owners within the specified time-frame.
- Cancellation of the booking initiated by the Company from its end.
- If eligible for a refund, the amount paid by the Investor will be refunded using the original payment method and currency.
- Refunds will be processed promptly upon confirmation of eligibility, typically within 45 business days.
- All the bank related charges shall be borne by the Investor only.
- Cancellation of the booking by the Investor;
- Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
- Any breach of contract or misconduct by the Investor.
- In cases where a refund is delayed beyond the stipulated time-frame, the Company may provide compensation in the form of interest, subject to applicable laws and regulations, provided the said delay is directly attributable to the Company.
- Investors are encouraged to communicate any concerns or inquiries regarding refunds directly with the Company through our designated channels of communication as mentioned in the Agreement.
- The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy as necessary. Revised Policy will be uploaded on the website of the Company.
By engaging in with the Company, Investor acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
