What is a Key, and who is Keyholder ?
A Key is a bundle of equity shares divided into a fixed number of shares of the Company having Property (hereinafter referred to as “Vacation Home”). An individual holding Key shall be known as keyholder and shall be the owner of the Property Company, among others. All the Keyholders may enjoy the benefits available to all the other Keyholders, including a free stay at the Vacation Home, rental income from selling the free days provided to the Keyholders, if not wishing to avail the same, and earn the capital appreciation at the time of selling the Key.
